The company packages and sells short breaks and holiday tours by coach, rail, air and make your own way, and is a leading provider of London Theatre breaks and other short breaks based on entertainments and events. It is the largest supplier of UK short breaks to the newspaper reader holidays market and promotes its breaks through a host of provincial newspapers throughout Britain from Aberdeen to Truro, and the South coast, as well as through the national press. In recent years, Omega Holidays has developed a successful programme of flight-inclusive breaks and excursions, and offers cruises in conjunction with leading cruise operators. In 2009, Omega Holidays carried approximately 120,000 passengers and, is a fully-bonded member of ABTA (V4782) and holds an ATOL licence (6081).
In April 2004, Omega Holidays was delighted to be named by The Independent on Sunday and international accountancy firm Deloitte & Touche as one of the top 100 fastest-growing companies in the UK, over a 5 year period.
